We've Expanded!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve moved the in-person part of our business from our storefront at Mary & Co Gifts to a charming herbal cottage located at my creative nook/home in Wake Forest! This new space will allow me to craft herbal remedies in an even more intimate and nurturing environment, just steps from the garden where many of my personal organic plant medicine ingredients are grown.

What does this mean for you?

• The same high-quality organic bulk herbs, teas, essential oils, sustainably crafted soaps, nutritive tonics, elixirs, tea accessories, and remedies you love.
• A personal consult and shopping experience available weekly during posted hours and by appointment.

• A larger space for herb talks, workshops, clinics, and socials.

• Complimentary Tea served and enjoyed indoors , or outdoors on the deck/patio as weather permits.

Nourish & Flourish will still have a presence and products for purchase at Mary & Co Gifts in Youngsville, including our customer favorites. And I will be popping in regularly! Hello! I’m so excited to meet you and get to know you! Let’s introduce ourselves – I’ll start…

I’m Michele Mastroianni, Herbalist & Tea Aficionada of Nourish & Flourish Herbals. Through my studies two words resonated with me – nourish and flourish – I wanted those words to reflect in my name and my brand. Herbalism is the art and science of using plants to nourish the body, mind and spirit to support healing and promotion of well-being. Flourish of a living organism is to grow and develop in a healthy and vigorous way. I help to equip people starting out on their herbal adventure, and support those who have already started, by supplying the best quality herbs, teas, herbal recipes. Through education and personal service I want to spark your curiosity to inspire and empower you to make a profound impact in your own health and in the health of your families. Now it’s your turn to share!

What adventure in life are you on right now? My herbal adventures have had a number of twists and turns – but isn’t that what adventures are - daring and exciting activities that call for adjusting the course as needed. My call to God’s wonderful creation of plants began 14 years ago when both my daughters developed painful and recurring skin irritations. I began curiously researching plants and their support to our bodies. Little did I know that this would ignite a passion in me I hadn’t discovered until then. I loved this path God had me on and it was onward to learn more.

And it is for such a time as this that I have opened a quaint herb and tea shoppe tucked inside Mary & Co. Gifts store in Youngsville – Nourish & Flourish Herbals – nourishing people, flourishing lives! I have a commitment to fair trade practices, sustainability, and to support small organic farms from coast to coast who share the same commitment. I receive calls and texts regularly from happy clients who I prepare and craft herbal blends for. If you want to know more about how to support your body and your health with herbal products I am here to help. I want to reach, teach and inspire people to discover that they can take care of themselves. Herbs are wonderful gentle allies to have in our toolbox, their power not to be underestimated.

I live happily in Wake Forest, North Carolina with my husband, four children, mom, and our mini dachshund, Rocky :)
